This design is the very popular Geneva Mechanism. This design is used in a wide variety of applications from film projectors, tool changers, assembly lines, etc.
STL Files are available for download for free. Results may vary depending on your printer settings and accuracy. For reference, this was printed using a bambu A1 Mini Printer using PLA Filament and a 0.4 mm Nozzle. If fitment is a problem, please adjust printer settings or part scale until you find your desired tolerances.
